Help Wifi not working

I got my daughter the HTC EVO 3d for Christmas, it has been working fine until today. It shows that she is connected to wifi and it has excellent signal strength, but its not working on her phone. And it will disconnect for no reason. I have the same phone and my wifi is working fine, so I am pretty sure its her phone and not the router. Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it? This is our first android phone and we aren't sure how to fix this problem. Thank you

Thank you. My phone started doing the same as hers, so we have installed on both phones. Fingers crossed that this fixes the problem.

If yours started also doing it, chances are its not a phone issue.
