Help Is there any reason NOT to update the PRL?

Did some searching here and at Howardforums' MetroPCS lounge, but still not sure if there's an answer to the question. I doubt that anything catastrophic to signal will occur, but can anyone tell me if it's (generally) better to update the PRL whenever such an update is available?

Thanks for any info.

because they paid more?

That is so elitist of them. As if Motion owners are the unwashed masses of MetroPCS.

i know that the s3 came with a different prl and supposely had better speeds
I believe 9033 is the new one coming out for the s3.
I just put it on my motion tho ;)

Yeah, just saw your post in another thread. Very cool!

Hey, I don't have a problem with that and I'm just a lowly Motioner.

The S3ers laid out some serious fundage for their phones, the most as a group I've ever heard of. I have no problem with Metro going a bit out of their way to be sure those phones are working as good as they possibly can. If their "rank" has that "privilege" that's fine with me, they paid handsomely for it.

3) Select NAM programming
4) Stay There
5) Start QPST
6) Add the port [should be the only one you can add]

Ubercharrge,

I've merged your post in here with this existing thread (you became the OP because your post was older (apologies to TJayDroid)).

I'm sure the good folks in here can help you out.

Cheers!
