Root Phone keeps freezing

I am using mobster ROM HD. I have buttered toast kernel. My phone keeps freezing I don't know why. I don't have any apps that cause problems. I just have the normal apps that people would get like social networking apps. And some games. Is it the kernel? Is it the ROM? Do I have to do a full wipe? And also what is Vsync? Should I enable it?

Vsync should be enabled if its not it'll give you a host of problems including 3D not working

what about fastcharge? enabled or disabled?

I don't think it matters but FastCharge has been known to lead to some overheat issues.........

thank you very much i enabled Vsync and its not freezing anymore, by the way your ROM is amazing. ive used many other ROMs but i always go back to yours. Thank you for all your work.
