music turns off (galaxy note n7000)

I have just updated my phone using kies, everything seemed OK until I used the music player. after about 30 mins it turns off, when turned back on it has no volume. down loaded a new player and this did the same thing, can I go back to the old firmware as I had no problems with this.

What did you udpdate your phone to?

Click settings/about phone and let us know what Android version and baseband version you have.

from the original firmware that came with the phone to android version 4.04 baseband n7000xxlrk kernel version 3.015-lrk_cl811902, dose this help as I know nothing about the workings of the phone had it for twelve months had no problems until I had it plugged into laptop and it asked if I wanted to up date. wish I had not bothered

Back up your contacts, photos, music etc and do a factory reset. Hopefully that will solve the issue.
