heyy there
the jelly bean update have reached Egypt a month ago
all the Egyptian are enjoying the new update
but when I tried to update today
I opened settings>about device>software update and then it told me no update available
I don't know why and what should I do?
another thing
when I connect the phone to kies , kies shows me a message
"YOUR DEVICE'S CURRENT FIRMWARE VERSION IS NOT SUPPORTED TO UPDATE FIRMWARE VIA KIES "
what should I do now ?? any solutions for these issues ?? :

There is an official JB now with the Arabic support. the best way is to download " Kies" and connect your phone to the pc and . Kies will check and will find the new JB, and will install it for you.
You should back up everything beforehand also via Kies.
