Does virgin mobile have the white back for evo v? I saw somebody called HTC told them something and they sent them a white case but I just called HTC the dude asked me for a ime number or something like that I only see meid and some other one.

The white battery cover is available for the Evo 3D from Sprint. You might be able to find one on eBay or Amazon.

If it's white it'll be the HTC logo, Virgin only has black and plum.

Yea I called them. I saw somewhere that somebody said they got a free white case just by telling them then back messed up so they asked them. If they wanted black or white and they sent it to them. I told them white even though they didn't ask im sure they gone screw up but we shall see. They sent me a email saying they sent it and it should be here today. And plus they told me to send my back 1st then they would send the replacement but I wasn't going to do that and they still sent it to me. They not going to cut my service just because I didn't send a back part that they would probably throw in the trash

nope i just said i have a evo v the lady said 3d? i said yea basically they the same phone so she was like ok blah blah i gave her my meid number and now they are shipping me a case.

yeah... just spoke with a guy... getting a replacement soon... cover was faulty for me from the very beginning... very loose... their sending me a new one... dont know what color though...


wanted to smack the guy on the other end when he asked me if i wanted to send my cover in for repair... what are you gonna do? duct tape that shit???

Should be able to just click the insert image icon. Right under the rotate left arrow. Or second icon from the right on the quick reply area. You can also add them as an attachment by clicking the icon that looks like a paper clip in the advanced area.

Do you mean the forum? If so, the image needs to be hosted somewhere, then you click on the icon that looks like a mountain and sunset...and paste the link to the hosted image in the dialog box. It should appear in the post after doing that.

I use photobucket to host images, but there are many options out there. If you need more guidance let us know. It's really simple to do once you understand how.

If things haven't changed, you get 1 free repair while in the warranty period. There may be some exceptions to that.
