Help LED notifications and Jelly Bean

Before installing Jelly Bean, my phone would give me solid light LED notifications now that flash. I know this is trivial but I hate the flashing it drives me nuts. I know I can turn it off all together but is there a setting somewhere I'm missing to go back to solid lights?

This works well but doesn't allow for facebook lights. I tried another one as well even paying for it, but it causes the phone to talk to me, telling me Im opening folders and closing folders. I can't take that.

Well, it's funny. I had the same problem. Installed app named NoLed and had that annoying voice always when sweep between home pages. Contacted developer and got a tip. Installed ADWLauncher which solved the problem with annoying voice.

I'd like to leave the stock functions in place though.

Facebook lights work with Light Manager if you root your phone.

Yes, but I really would like to avoid rooting.
