I've installed this app and I've noticed that the browsing is faster and the videos in youtube buffer a lot less. I ran a test with speedtest and it turns out that the download speed increased just a bit, but what increased the most was the upload speed. Anybody else want to give it a try?

What tweaks did you used what settings?
I unistalled cause I wasn't sure what to choose

Lol this app also works beautifully with tethering.

(Edit) don't use any of the tweaks, they are meant for 3g that isn't CDMA. Just go with the gspa tweaks

i'm using custom 15/15/15 just to see how it is...and so far so good...

Not really. The battery life may have shortened just a bit, but you barely notice.

I'll download and test it, but in general an app can't increase your download speeds.

Aside from that, I'm sure you're right about an app not doing much, but I have seen some tweaks on another phone of mine that helped a little. like by a couple hundred kbps.

I've been playing with it and haven't seen too much yet. My standards for it "working" are pretty tough though.

5 speed tests without it, 5 tests with it, and then 5 tests directly following it without again. Ideally there should be a large difference between the averages, and I like to repeat those 15 tests over a few days and with a few different roms as well.

Yeah, that's smart. Considering like at my house... in my room I get max 4mb/s but elsewhere it is like 4.5 - 5 mb/s; consistency in testing is really important. I'm not saying that it will help, I'm saying there are some tweaks that may. One thing I know is to find an app/tweak that kills background data so to streamline the data that is prioritized; i.e. downloading music from the play music server.
