Hi from a Newbie

Hi All,

Just to say Hello and a bit about me.
I got 3 tablets in the family. DGM T-909, (9inch) Time2, (7inch) and a cheapie copy off fleabay (7inch).
I'm UK based.

The DGM is playing up hence me joining the forum. It's new, and won't charge off the mains, only USB but it won't hold the charge either. I have sent 2 emails to : returns@digimate.com and still waiting for a real response not just a automated reply.

Glad to have you here, and hopefully you can get the assistance you deserve from that company. Have you tried maybe contacting them by phone they got have a customer service line somewhere...

Update:
scrolled through the thread and found the phone number for them. Got a reply straight away. I told them I send 2 emails & just said OK, what is the problem. I explained the fault and they gave me a reference number and an address to return it to. So It's now on its way back for repair

Yes all working ok. Should be as it is brand new. Lost all old games though but not worried abt that
