I know the old Welsh Wizard. He knows I'm just off out for dinner and he'll release it at about 20.00 hrs as he knows I won't be able to resist flashing it during my haggis, neeps and tatties on this Burns Night.

I installed this little beauty last night (Lite, v4.1) - my first taste of both Mr Sale's work, and of course JB. I'm loving it so far (how could you not - it's gorgeous!) however, just one thing is causing me consternation... the dial pad tones. When I hit a key, and seemingly regardless of other selection, I get a droplet-type sound, but tbh I'd really like the DTMF - so, am I missing something, is there something I haven't done, or is there anything I can do? And will our heroes esca... sorry, got a little overwrought there!

No idea if you can replace that sound (most probably yes but I don`t hold that knowledge), but you can disable it by going into System->Sound scroll down to System and uncheck the Keytones.

Yeah, I know I can turn them off, but occasionally I need the DTMF tones to access menus, etc on automated systems - they don't seem to recognise a sploosh!

Tried installing ics Neat in less than 24 hours tried installing LJS from internal memory not memory card, all working well.
Just stuck on Dorm 7.43
Missed Jellybean.

It's is so slick.

Hey. I'm running neatrom lite LSJ on dorimanx kernel. For some reason ever since I switched to the kernel I get these slowdowns when using the phone. Happens with chrome and whatsapp a lot and also when i just unlock the screen its unresponsive for a while
Any one else having such problems? Any fixes?

As predicted, Hawker sent me a test version of the LS8 mod for transparent Status bar + Centered clock + Blue circle battery + 23 toggle configurable, blue, Notification, drop down menu.

Unfortunately I was in no condition to download or test this on Burns Night and AF was down for most of yesterday.

However, it seems that the Alliance mod may have solved your problems Twinn, although when I tried this as part of the Alliance ROM, I could not get a trully transparent Status bar with all my wallpapers, particularly the live ones.

On the subject of NEAT LS8, in the 3 days or so that I've had this on, it is brilliant. Currently using PhilZ, I had problems with Dorimanx 7.44, and Power Saving and very good performance and pretty good battery.

What I mean is,
JB Blue Status Bar Icons + Blue Toggles + Blue Battery from LSJ mods 4.2

But I guess it would work on LS8 as other LSJ mods worked on Neat LS8.
And if ever someone is nice enough,to recreate JB Blue Status Bar Icons + Blue Toggles mod but with just stock ICS Battery( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1677032 post #3 ), please do so.

Cool, so I load salesale 4.2, then load this mod?

Tried Aroma mods, nothing but trouble with the interface bugging out on completion and needing a hard power off. When botting, get the error UI stopped working, with reboot locking the phone

Back to neatrom 4.2 with no multiwindow etc etc

Best bet is to flash 4.2, reboot, flash aroma mods without any battery icon mods as that also gave me issues....


Sale..... Android large at very least is giving system ui failure....other than that, great work as always :-D

sntaylor, though the neatrom aroma packages still locked up on me, doing what you've suggested gave me a working phone again. If I could get that green animated battery icon with % that would complete it

Ok, scrap that bit, thought it was ok, now only heating phone up and when playing media pro it restarts :9 back to 4.2 until its more stable.
