Help Note 2 Photo and Video problems

Hi my new Note 2 seems to be having problems with photo and video filming.

Just come back from holiday and all the time i used the Note for photos and videos it was about 80% not working in the sense that it was taking the photos but they were unplayable.

I could see the thumbnail in the top left or bottom left of the screen to show its been taken but i couldnt play back a photo or video and when i tried to download the files to my computer since getting home they were all on my camera memory not the sd card, they just wouldnt play. Well 80% wouldnt load. There were files but they were unopenable.

Any ideas whats going on? Anyone with the same problem?

hmmm, Im confused here, are you playing photos?
Your photos or video should be showing a thumbnail in the lower right hand corner only. You may have been holding the phone upside down if you see it somewhere else....
In either camera or video mode, hit the settings icon (cog wheel, lower left hand corner, and select storage your storage preference. (I opt for my SD card).
Basically if you have taken a picture or video you can hit the thumbnail in the lower right hand corner to display or play it immediately after it was taken. If you dont opt to do that, have taken several pics or vids, or close out of the camera app, you can go to you gallery and display pics or play your vids there.
Either way, wherever you decide to store it, you always have the option to select your phone or SD card storage to send or recieve from after connecting to your computer....

Sounds like the OP is having trouble viewing/playing the pictures and videos, not taking bad pictures/videos.
