Root Google Calendar not sync'ing

My calendars (Jorte & Business Calendar) do not sync with my Google Calendar. In the Sync account under settings, the other elements of the Google account seem to sync OK, but the calendar does not. The circle arrow stops during the sync process and merely stays put - nothing happens. Tried to add test entries - failed to sync. Any thoughts, suggestions?

Thanks!

Has it ever worked for you before and suddenly stopped? have you changed any settings?

I have heard it suggested to go into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik cache to help with weird problems, a number of times.

Not sure if it will help, but shouldn't hurt.

Let us know, maybe someone else will pop in here with a suggestion.

All of a sudden, my Androd Calendar isn't syncing with Google Calendar ... at least it's not syncing with the Google Calendar I'm seeing on FireFox. But it's almost as if I'm on the wrong Google Calendar. For example, it has different preferences than it used to have. I'm using the same URL I've always used ... and under "My Calendars" I see only one calendar (though I think there used to be two). Any ideas what could be happening or what I should do?

Thank you.

If syncing my phone and computer via a USB cable will allow me to sync with my Google calendar, I'm certainly willing to do that.

If there is anyone "out there" willing to post detailed, step-by-step instructions regarding how to sync an Epic 4G and a MacBook Air via USB, I would appreciate the help. I'm running 10.7.3.

Thanks.

Greg

PS I took my phone to the local Sprint store, but no help there. This is getting aggravating.

My friend had this issue... And he discovered that he was simply out of memory. He deleted some rarely/unused applications and voila!; it started syning immediately. Hope this helps.

Thanks for posting that it's an issue of deleting some items to free up some phone memory. That helped me to get my calendar to sync completely.

welcome to the forums!!!!!!!!!

just an fyi, you can always partition your sd card that way you will never have the issue of running out of memory. it is easy to do and most roms have support for a2sd whic can move the entire app to the sd card.

here is the guide if you need it:

skip to the second post and find the section for partitioning for more details.
