4.2.2 is probably still going to be under the Jelly Bean name and just include bug fixes...I am assuming Android 5.0 to be the next installment of Android being Key Lime Pie.

Typically updates will continue to roll out as Google finds more bugs, like they said about Gingerbread...there were a lot of minor releases to fix bugs. So even if 5.0 is released there still could be potential updates for Jelly Bean that we could see in the future.
There are always bugs in every revision, release, and update. Version numbers mean nothing.
You'll hear about the outliers who stumble across the bugs usually because they have something unique about thier setup, but for the vast majority of people the update is going to go just fine, no need to wait. Just make sure you have current backups.

Yeah but most bugs occurs in main release because of all the new feature not yet released ta the public therefore bugs non discovered. That's why my previous comment still stand, don't get full interger upgrade because you are setting yourself up to be a guinea pig.
