which one should i get ?

am confused between which of these two phones to get.
Sola has a dual core cpu while SDuos has a bigger screen albeit of same resolution and dual sim functionality. both have 512 mb of ram which seems to be low but cant find any phone with more than 512mb ram in my budget.
i want to watch videos(upto 720p), play 3D games(high quality ones) surf the web , watch youtube and with a decent battery life. Sola has Mali 400 gpu while SDuos only has Adreno 200. so which is better ? am from india.
also will 512mb ram pose any problems like lag or slowdown ?

EDIT: Well, so far it seems like both device excel at things and have a few demerits in others. The Sony Xperia seems better in the video recording department and with it's dual core I'd imagine it might be better at gaming perhaps. As for the OS, the Samsung Galaxy S Duos has ICS which is better than Gingerbread. Both there resolution seem to be about the same really and the S Duos has a better battery life. The Xperia has more internal memory. I might lean towards the S Duos maybe.
That's my opinion.

Pretty sure the Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Xperia sola has already been released. Caveat, I don't think it'll be getting Jelly Bean. Performance-wise, I think the sola will work better given its dual-core CPU. Even Gingerbread already lags a bit on single-core. It's just a matter of whether or not you want dual-SIM support. There's also the new dual-core Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos. Not sure how much more it'll cost compared to the Galaxy S Duos.

The Xperia Neo L only has a single-core MSM8255 CPU. If you think you'll be fine with single-core, I think the Galaxy S Duos is a better option.

Which skin is better is a case of personal preference. I like and am used to TimeScape but I have to say the TouchWiz Nature UX is much nicer than the previous TouchWiz versions.

Xperia J is a single-core although I remember reading somewhere that says the Adreno 200 (enhanced) GPU performs better for Jelly Bean than the Mali 400 on the sola. Xperia U has very similar specs (CPU/GPU/RAM) to the Xperia sola. No microSD slot, though. Forget the Miro (single-core Cortex A5 800MHz). That's about as entry-level as they come for current gen phones.

The Xperia go is actually a pretty nice phone. It's got a dual-core CPU same as the Xperia sola and U. Unfortunately, the screen resolution is just a low 320x480. On the upside, it's one of the phones slated for a Jelly Bean upgrade (likely because of the lower resolution - none of the other Mali 400 Xperias are getting Jelly Bean), is waterproof (1m depth for 30 mins) and quite durable (I saw a YouTube video with a pick-up truck running over it with barely a scratch).

Among all the phones mentioned, I think the best option is the Xperia sola. The Xperia go is nice but I think I'd rather have the 480x854 screen res on the sola. Jelly Bean is really just a more polished version of ICS and despite Project Butter, I think dual-core on ICS would probably give you better overall performance than single-core on Jelly Bean.

Keep in mind though, it appears those 2 phones will only have a 1GHz single-core CPU, probably same as the Xperia J. Assuming they're around the same price, I'd rather go for an older gen phone with dual-core 1GHz running ICS than with single-core 1GHz running Jelly Bean.
