Does anyone know the partition table setup for the Lucid? Linux can't seem to find them in a ls /dev/. This is the only information I am missing for fixing the hard-brick caused by the fake rom upload.

This is the output from the command Neph81 said:

yes it shows im connected to verizon's network, it looks like some sort of data icon appears above the bars as it should, but I cant read what it says.
Well, that is a very good sign. It sounds like I just need to figure out the video driver then. I can give up on fixing the ADB script which will free up some time. I also know that the lucid is receiving another update soon. The source code for the newer kernel may work, but I'm not holding my breath on that.

i doubt they will release this updates source, they didn't release the second GB update(ZV6) one at all.

It boots, but still no video. It's the only hold up right now, but the official LG source doesn't work, nor does it mess with our current source.

Hey Neph!
I'm from the Connect forum. So from what I'm reading...the Lucid source code is basically shit. Correct?

One more question. Since the lucid and Connect are practically the same. Would the video drivers from the Connect work on the Lucid. We too want ICS and have been banging rocks together :3

Why doesn't the LG source work?
I always wondered...
Because LG gimped the source code. I wish I were making that up. Three devs for the Spectrum couldn't get it to boot and LG claims that it's us compiling it wrong. As for the connect, possibly. I'm still hitting walls on getting anything to compile with merging drivers into the current source code we do know works.

Just grab the stock rom zip off the connect forums and drag the video drivers. They run the same display

What is the source that works?
https://github.com/thebigq/lge-kernel-iproj

This works in that CM10 boots on the lucid, gains data and apparently works. What does not work is the video driver as the lucid has a smaller resolution then the Spectrum/Nitro. That's where I am stuck. Merging the LG source drivers in doesn't allow the kernel to boot. Merging in drivers from other kernels just throws up build errors that I have not figured out how to clear. This is very much a learn as I go point for building the kernel. At least now my builds only take 5 minutes on the new machine instead of 30-50 on the old one.

Well again, cause the connect and the lucid are in a sense...almost the same device..we have custom made kernels that you could try.

I can forward you those if you like. EGwolf made one. So did playfulgod. There's also the BCkernel but I'm not fond of that one
I'll take any ICS kernels that you can hand to me. GB kernels will not work as far as I know unless they were built on the linux 3.0+ kernel.
