So i made up my mind and decided not to wait for wirefly to reduce it prices and bought this phone havent messed around to much with since im at work only tested download speed. I got around 5 megs up and 5 down. If you bought this phone what are your thoughts?

Just picked mine up. Like you, I haven't had time to fully explore it yet. But, so far, I'm pleased with the call quality - noticeably better than the Optimus M+ I upgraded from.

I will be coming from the OM+ as well. I'm waiting for my tax refund so I can get mine. I really can't wait to get mine.

Does the phone come with Swype, in addition to the Android keyboard?

Im coming from optimus m so definitely an upgrade. For keyboard i only saw lg keyboard and voice input

Thanks for the reminder. I have the link in an email somewhere. I had gotten it when I had my Optimus M, and wanted to upgrade the version of Swype, that came on it, since it was really far behind.

How's the screen res. on the Spirit?

Also, the best keyboard app I have found is "Smart Keyboard Plus"

They have a Trial version you can check out and I think the full version is $1.99 but well worth it.

It has several keyboard styles such as iPhone, Android, Jellybean, Gingerbread, Galaxy, HTC, etc... and an option to get more Skins/Styles.

You can also resize the keys and customize the keyboard.

Best keyboard app IMO

Doesn't the Spirit come with the same initial screen "protector" the Motion does? Mines been on my Motion a month now and it's still just fine. I Did however snip off most all the little removal tab so I wouldn't catch it on stuff and inadvertently lift it.

I am guessing these style ones have the "adhesive" on the back of them Vs using the water solution like comes with the Zagg shields. I was not able to make my Zagg instashield apply cleanly.

Are the "pre-glued" protectors Just Like the initial clear ones that come on the Motion available somewhere else? Linkee please?

NFC is not listed on lg site, so I would say it doesn't. Closest thing would be file share which it does have.
