Does anyone else having an issue connecting to 4G? I could not connect to 4G since around 1/27/13. I have an open ticket with Boost tech support. After few days and multiple calls, one of the tech finally tells me that they are having issues with the iDEN and WiMax interference and the engineers are working on it. I'm in Portland Oregon area. The tech also mentioned that I'm not the only one having this issue in my area.
I need some input from the forum if you think this is a software/tower interference issue as the Boost tech mentioned or a hardware issue.
My main concerned is if this is a hardware issue, I want send it back before my 30 days are up. I didn't spend my good money on this device only to fail within 30 days.
