T Mobile lies and screws their customers

Don't make promise to customers you cannot keep, otherwise the FCC will come looking for you :)

I've been lied to for the last time by TMobile, they have made me look like a fool of myself by making me contact Samsung demanding an upgraded phone due to my 4th defective Galaxy S2 only to find out they don't have any control over that.
Then get promised that they would replace my phone for the 5th time for the white S2 the one I originally wanted from the beginning. A note was made in my account from Tier 3 tech support and yet they refuse to uphold their promise.
Then insults me by telling me he'll deduct $10 from my bill for the months worth of trouble they put me through from contacting Samsung, to almost making a supervisor cry because how useless they were, to sitting in the store for 2hrs to only find out that nothing could be done.
How do I feel insulted? Well let's see to me it's like a slap in the face like they'll deduct $10 because they don't think I can pay my bill when I been putting up with their sorry ass for 3yrs.
So the last few words from this "manager" was that he couldn't even replace my phone even though I DO have insurance on it he says I haven't paid my bill which isn't due until Friday, never had this issue before and to me this was his excuse to back out of the conversation as I told him before that I would be contacting the FCC.
Once I brought them up, they hung up on me.
go get em FCC get you some filthy TMobile!

I do wish you the best with this, but if I'm not mistaken, the FCC regulates the airwaves. This sounds more like a transaction-type issue. Maybe the FTC if you want to take to a federal level.

Thank you for the response.
I spoke with TMobile today and brought up the claim I filed against them with the FCC and immediately I was put on hold and that I would recurve a call in 3 days for them to send me the white Galaxy S2

Geeze. I think Id be rather annoyed with them too. I truly hope you get this resolved. Hate seeing someone treated that way. :(

Are they sending you brand new phones, or are they doing what most companies do and sending you refurbs?

Refurbs of course lol, they usually send me one with everything including battery and back cover but this particular time they didn't and it set me off because my phone was having a charge and sync issue so they send me a refurb phone with no battery..... Makes perfect sense right?

Randomly shutting off and restarting while on phone calls, screen getting burned out, wouldn't ever go into 4G, wouldn't sync, and then battery draining and not charging right after receiving it from TMobile

Have you removed the microSD card? I've read that with other brands, when the microSD was removed, the phone stopped rebooting.

All the phone you get are refurbish past the 30 days. Sprint does the same. They do a pretty good job with those refurb phone.

Not all the time, if you politely push for a new one. I did just that with the first phone (non Android) I bought from Virgin Mobile. It got stuck in a bootloop, and I requested a brand new phone. That's exactly what I got, too. ;) It is normally up to their discretion on weather or not they send you a new one.

Some ppl are just unpleaseable

Not unpleasable just want the commitment that was made to a customer to be Upkept. Paying $75 for a phone that is exactly the same only a different color is just ridiculous. Im not paying a dime for a phone I hate just to have a different color. With as many times my phone has been replaced I should be getting a free upgrade

I never broke any of my phones. They either had defective software or defective parts.

The first phone you had was defective. The following ones they sent you were all refurbs. I hate refurbs... seems they do not perform enough quality control testing on them before sending them out again (not just Samsung), so you're always getting someone elses problems. :(

At any rate, fingers crossed that you get better luck with this next phone. Seems you've been through enough already with this mess!

Refurbs generally do not have these problems. And quite honestly either you are the most unlucky person in the world when it comes to phones or there's a nice quote I like to go by.

Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. Three times is enemy action.

Well it's not like these phones go through hell they are used for normal use and spend 95% of the time in my pocket.
I've never dropped any of them nor has any of them gone near water.
My first first Android phone was the Droid Eris and holy hell was that the biggest POS I ever had. I'd rather have a pager than own that phone ever again.
The S2 I have right now is working fine with the exception of the texting glitch where half the screen shows the messages and the other half shows all my conversations and that's with the phone being held straight up.
Other than that it works great.
Btw when is the jellybean update coming out?!?!?!
