Another Eris. It isn't like they won't have any refurbs after HTC quits making them. If you are a PITA, they will give you a devour.

Yep, it was supposed to be PITA (Pain in the ass), but my girl is talking to me about casinos while I am trying to type and I can't pay attention.

@OTD: Mine is almost always in a case, the only thing wrong with it is a dirty screen or particles in the sides next to the screen Lol.

depends on which insurance plan you elected. the $8/month will cover just about anything with a deductible, but the cheaper one expect a decline.

I am not worried ....cuz I like my phone and it does more then I could want.....and compared to my old Blackberry........major upgrade

ditto, I wipe my screen with my shirt regularly. I have glasses so its just a normal thing for me anyways.

the 8 dollar a month plan included an extended manufacture warranty. ( why would i when i can upgrade after a year. manufacture warranty is a year ) and the 6 dollar plan is the replacement plan (anything goes no fraud).......
