What replacement class did you get?

I'm considering sending in my Sprint branded Evo V for a replacement, taking advantage of the touchscreen issues and getting a replacement before the warranty's up in May. I know I'm practically guaranteed to get a VM branded one, which is fine, but what's the success rate of getting Class A? I know the policy is only within the first month, but when I had the Triumph over the course of about 8 replacements over a year, I got Class A 5 times, B twice, and C once. I actually got a Class A last before selling it "brand new sealed box" on CL for $180 :) which made a nice contribution to getting the Evo V. So I ask those of you who have gotten replacements, what Class did you receive and how far into warranty were you?

I got my replacement yesterday and it was a Sprint Branded Evo V. It's just a draw from the hat. You either get a VM brand or a Sprint brand class C replacement phone. Class C means that the phone was used and returned to Virgin and they tested it to make sure everything's working and then they put it on shelf waiting to give it away to another customer who returns their phone to get a replacement.

You're more likely to get a Sprint Branded one because I'm guessing that it's possible that Virgin would package their non-Sprint branded ones, and resell them through their online inventory. I mean where else do they get their inventory from if it says that they're out of stock? I doubt they're manufactoring new ones anymore.

What is Class C replacement?

I forget where I read it, and can't find the post searching, but back on the Triumph I read that Class A is brand new, sealed box. Class B may have been a return or some situation not for defect reasons, comes in an open-box with all accessories and manuals. Class C is refurbished - anything and everything could have been worked on by VM techs, no way of knowing the phone's history, comes in a white box with nothing included (not even a battery, SD card, back cover, or charger).

So based on if they're out of stock then there's pretty much no chance of getting Class A/B. Thanks for the input guys. Just want to know what I'll be getting before committing to sending in what I've got.
