Help Two questions...

1) What's the switch from Virgin to T-Mobile like? I might switch later in the year because I'm fed up with the crappy data speeds/coverage issues. If I switch later in the year, I'd wait for the new Nexus, whatever that may be.

2) Is Chrome stable on any ROM for this phone? Chrome is chock full of visual artifacts on any ROM I try (tried stock, Unlocked Potential, CM10, CM10.1, MIUI JB, only build I haven't tried is MIUI ICS). Does anyone know a fix for this?

1.) Well a whole bunch of us switched from virgin to T-Mobile. The data speed is HUGELY faster. I decided to go with an unlocked HTC amaze which has great specs and is a bit better than this phone. You can just wait for a new nexus but that will take a while for you to get it even after it comes out.

So far I have had no data dropouts and have hspa+ (t-mobile "4g" technically 3g but still a lot faster than wimax.) You should check out apps like carrier coverage or sensorly to find if T-Mobile has good coverage in your city.

2.) If you're talking about chrome on the nexus it definitely should not be having what I like to call epilepsy problems. If that phone does then I'm dissapointed with Google lol. On the evo v/3d it just goes crazy and I tried it on a bunch of roms and didn't find a fix.

So far T-Mobile is way better than virgin and the right plan to get is the 30$ plan with 100 minutes unlimited text and data up to 5gb until a throttle. You won't reach 5gb unless you're downloading huge files or YouTube. After the minutes are up you can talk with 10 cents a minute or just use groove ip with Google voice. I don't talk a lot so this plan is awesome for me. :D

Chrome works on the viper sense4 rom. Or you could try chrome beta.

Really? Which release build are you using? (r330, etc)

Hahah I was talking about the Evo 3D/Evo V. And darn- it's a shame that an ICS phone can't use Chrome properly >.<

And thanks. I think I'm getting off of VM next time I get a new phone (I'm a bit of a phone junkie- this is the third phone I've had in about a year and a half), which should be around the release of the new Nexus. I've wanted a Nexus for a while now ^_^
