I'm not a huge foodie eater..I like mostly junk food and fruit.. plus Im limited with whole can't eat animals...thing....but It's my own personal decision and I won't lambast my views on anyone else.... I still cook meat almost every day..even though I have to tune it out of my head to prepare it..(and I do or I'll probably get physically sick thinking about it)
...even so...gotta say..Im still one hell of a cook!!

Alright, getting up the energy to actually make dinner.
Just a simple frittata with locally made kielbasa, broccoli and pepperjack.
Salad and toast to accompany.

Made pasta Primavera with a carrot, beet, and feta salad. All veggies tonight. First time having beets believe it or not... Not too bad. Kids liked them too.

My daughter actually loves veggies. Broccoli, beets, carrots, peas, zucchini, even Brussel sprouts! If it's green she loves it.

I love em. Generally roasted or pickled. We're doing a pickled beet with carrot and fennel salad right now at the restaurant. Good stuff.

Well, it's not made the same as in Italy.

Mince meat (ground meat)
Tomato
Pasta sauce
Garlic (lots of)
Herbs
Onion
Peppers
Special other ingredients to make it awesome and give it a kick

+Garlic bread

My pasta is basically the same, though with mushrooms and in some occassions with melted mozzarella or Gouda cheese.
