Root ROM manager and UD 10

Sorry if this is been asked before. They closed the thread on DF. Here is the reason for my confusion. There were a lot of back and forth between UD team and Koush with UD 9.8. Ultimately UD withdrew from ROM manager and Koush put up an "unofficial" version of it on ROM manager

Today the UD 10 is now listed on the ROM manager. Is it official? There was a thread about this on DF but the mods closed it with statement" in light of today's events the thread is closed and all comments deleted". So what is going on if anyone knows? Thanks.

Same a sUD9.8 - unofficial, but nevertheless, the same.

I believe that the official position taken by Koush and Cyanogen is that UD 1.0 is a nice looking themed version of CyanogenMod

Just learnt that all the blackdroid threads are closed for the moment at DF. They are "dissecting" the ROM tonight and supposedly there is a big announcement coming tonite...boy, thought android being open source would be free from all these personal clashes....oh well
