Upgraded from T-bolt recently, liking the VZW DNA, but I do have a few advanced troubleshooting questions for the experts please:

1. Mobile Hotspot - Should work on 4G while talking on phone, but does not. ?

2. Contacts - Only my personal Gmail contacts are showing up in my device contacts/People folder, not my Google Apps/Business Gmail contacts, despite both Gmail accounts being synced on the device (with Contacts checked). ?

3. Pandora - One track will play, display will go dark after 2m (which is what I have it set at), next track won't play. I have to wake up the screen manually, then the next track will play. It wasn't like this with my T-bolt. ??

Any guidance would be appreciated,

1. Not sure

2. Did you DL the update that rolled out a few weeks ago. It was supposed to correct the Contacts issues. If you did, then I'm not sure what the problem could be.

3. Go to the wireless setting and then go to the advanced settings. Do you have it set to disconnect when the phone goes to sleep? If so, disable that. If you don't, do you have any battery saving apps on your phone? Some of those set it so the phone does it automatically even if you have it set not to do that.

2. Under About>Android version it says 4.1.1. Software number = 2.04.605.2 710RD. And under Software Update>Status it says Update Successful on 3/4/13. So am I up to date?

3. This was a setting in Pandora itself, I found it -- Settings>Advanced>uncheck the Conserve battery option. That said, I looked for what you are referring to but cannot find it - ?

Don't worry about it, if the Pandora option fixed it, you're good. What I mentioned is usually set on the right setting by default so you should be good there.
