Blue Tooth issues

I've had my DNA for a couple of months now, and am having calling issues with the blue tooth and my 2011 GMC Acadia. When I try to call someone by name, it NEVER gives me the right person. I have talked to HTC and Verizon about this and they say them haven't heard of this problem.
Just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this problem.

One other small problem is that the sense clock does not always show the correct time. It sometimes shows the time the last time I had the phone on the home screen and some time it is correct. The clock by the battery level (top right hand side) is always correct.

My phone is not rooted and am running the most recent update.

Did you DL the update that rolled out a few weeks ago. I know it solved all my Bluetooth problems.

Yes I was hoping that you fix the problem but it didn't.

Are you talking about, verbally telling the phone to call someone? Maybe it's a voice recognition thing. I know with my vehicle's BT, there are some things it won't get right no matter how many times and in how many ways I say it.

Yes. It worked fin with my HTC Rezound but not with the DNA. It's like the car hears the command and the phone hears it also and the 2 get confused.
