Root [ROM] Angry Bean / CM 10.1 [build 08.08.13]

Just dropped by here. Hopefully you're having an easier time here than with the Triumph. That camera is a real PITA. But we're still making progress, and that's all that matters. Even a year or two later! Motorola provided zero support! MTDEV? Already about a year or two! That's counting your previous ROMs of course!

Why would you miss that P. O.S ?

Single core ... Horrible battery.....

Added lines to build prop .. Still no go on MMS. I ALSO TRIED MMS FIX

Reflash. Add lines to build.prop. Open Voice Dialer and say "Open APNS" and make sure its selected. Also make sure the mmsc field is correct, which it SHOULD be.

And why? Some of the best dev's were on that phone ;) Mantera, Whyzor, Bsydz, G60, Mobster, Ziggy, Chairshot, and Ganon.

Don't forget Tickerguy, our CM7 savior :D Gotta try this out sometime, thanks G60!

∙ Fixed MMS in system.prop (thanks to Prinny)
∙ Added newer Touch Screen driver (thanks to Maxxy13)
∙ Added audio_effect.conf
∙ Added SoundFX libs
∙ Developer Options Reboot - Bootloader is now listed as on option

Thanks to Prinny, for pointing out the problem on MMS. Touch Screen is much more responsive and 100 times smoother, much thanks to Maxxy13 for releasing these on github! Also added in SoundFX libs, sounds seems more clear and crisp to me, could be a fluke LOL :p Also Bootloader is now listed after turning on Developer Options

DEVELOPER OPTIONS
To access the developer options goto Settings -> About Phone -> then Tap build number 7 times. This will create the Developer Options & Performance menu which will allow settings such as reboot into recovery, changing the CPU settings and so forth.

Enjoy :D

Any chance of giving this ROM a catchy name other than CM10.1? My terminology is not up to standard, but I think CM10.1 and AOSP 4.2.2 are both generic terms that could apply to any ROM for any Phone right? Contrast this with "Wild for the Night" which I am pretty sure only refers to a ROM that is made for the Evo3D and EvoV...using CM10.1 and AOSP 4.2.2.

Some suggestions:

Wild for the Day :p
Jelly Shooter
Jelly Bean Shooter
ShooterRom
Shooteronomy (pun for deuteronomy)
MadROM
MadManROM

I'm excited to see you back in action G60! :) I look forward to this ROM
I'm currently running wild for the night, and since you said they are so similar right now, I'll probably wait for a few updates before installing this.
I've always been a fan of your work. You worked miracles on the Triumph!

Yeah dastin has already added in my new changes to the device files for the Evo. So you should see better touch screen in his next release. I am not sure how quickly dastin will be updating Wild for the Night ROM's, but either or should work for you.

I noticed that GPS isn't listed as a bug. Does this mean it's working fine when the March10th zip is flashed, or do we still need to do a few things after the flash to make it work?

Currently GPS is working fine, make sure you run all the Joe_Blow updates in the OP. Also Chairshot has a few edits he did on GPS which is even faster than the current build. He should be pushing those today or tomorrow after more testing but the locks are insanely fast. Also I am going through trying to clean up errors in the logcats so hopefully some more positive changes in the days to come.
