[SGS3-R530M] Metropolis Rom [4.3 Touchwiz]

Hilarious said:
i know what you are thinking "why do i need to wipe? i thought you had a super install script?" well i did, but the only bug i couldnt work out was how to deal with if people wiped system. since everyone seemed so damn happy hitting that format button i scrapped the entire script and now all of you can do it all yourselves.

Removed the custom bootanimation and sound i spent hours working on because people couldnt figure out how to remove it and/or swap it out themselves. get used to see this flashing android logo as its obviously not worth my effort to try to make my rom custom.

Lmao
Great work as always Shabb!

alot of users are saying 4.1.2 consumes alot of battery on its own heres proof that for me it dosn't so leaves me to believe for alot of you guys the mb2 modem is the suspect in this case and with that being said i suggest you guys experiment a lil more with the modems to see which is more efficient for ya.

Oh my bad I'm on mb2 but seems these modems are different for everyone like shabby mentioned before it can either improve things for you guys or make things worse. For me lte speeds been pretty consistent and faster in many areas that really sucked for me before in the past. Like for example I'm sitting in a spot in my home where speeds were no better than 1mbps now I'm at 4 mbps in the same spot as before. Really thankful to shabby for posting a modem repository thread so we can try out the different versions and see which is best for each of us.

Ed Zachery.

Try them all, and you'll find the one that works best for your phone/ROM, and in your area... but sometimes a different area will give different results.

All of them take so little space on your SD card, so I'd keep 'em all on there, and experiment with them to find the one(s) that work best in the various areas you haunt most.

Giggidy.
