flickering, return to walmat?

my wife got a new proclaim and is getting the flickering screen issue. It took straight talk almost a week to get her number from her previous ST phone to the proclaim. I am wondering if she returns this phone to the store, how will she transfer her number to the new replacement ( as sometimes they need info off of the old phone.) I just dont want this to be another pain in the butt.. How did other people handle this situation?

You can do the transfer online. But it is SLOW (up to a day to take effect).

When mine starts to flicker, I just turn the screen off and then back on and it goes away.

Also, make sure you keep everything well away of the ambient light sensor (near ear-piece).

these phones really suck now... nothing works right with mine.

there is no way i'm going to get the new samsung phone no way in hell not going to waste anymore money on samsung phones or any nother samsung devices.

my next new phone is going to be a lg...

see i bought the exact same phone days before and mine works flawlessly. must be the luck of the draw
