Icon key for status bar?

New myTouch here, new to Android. Of course there was no manual with my phone. Im just wondering if there is an Icon Key for the status/notification bar.

I see some every now and then and have no clue what they are. The two circling arrows for instance?

Any help would be great. Thanks!

That is the sync of Google applications and your device. Calendar, Address, Gmail.
