Hello i've got a brand new HTC Windows Phone 8s and i got a two small issues,first is that i cant send any emotions via sms,every time i try to send it to some other android phone the people get only symbols,maybe there is a different command of symbols for windows and android....And another there is no notification led flashing whenever i receive sms or anything else,could somebody give some advices,thank you....And sorry if i missed the right forum i couldn't find the one for my device....

You may not have much luck in here as these are Android forums, but you can try here as one of these should match your phone.
