May finally switch to Samsung

Mine is around the same time. The main thing that puts me off the one is the camera, still if the inevitable refresh upgrades the camera to at least 8mp then i will more than likely pick it.
I got to admit i do like the Xperia Z, but i am really drawn to the S4.
At least there is time on both our sides this time round.
I have got my eye out for that too, heres hoping Motorola hit something good with that one.

It was my birthday last month and I nearly put my birthday money towards the Experia. I had a mess with it in P4U and I don't know if it's because I've never used a Sony before, but it felt quite fresh (even as I typed that I knew it sounded cheesy). Quite light, but with a nice amount of polish. The only thing that put me off is that the bootloader unlock isn't reversible and it needs to be done via Sony.

If you're not in to that sort of thing, it's obviously not an issue.

Yeah, the flagships will have been out a while by the time our contracts our up, plenty of time to iron out all the inevitable bugs in the first few releases.

Have you seen this as its looking better still

Motorola X not a phone, but a brand to rival the Galaxy lineup - GSMArena.com news

Would like to see Motorola really come back with this.(incidentally i still have a Razr V3i from 2005 & i still get 10 days + from a charge, & it still has that premium feel to it even now. Like to see more phones round with the same sort of build quality.)

i'll be very interested in seeing this. i have an atrix hd, and love the phone, other than the ridiculously awful battery life. i know there's a fix using one of the other motorola phones battery, but they should just do that themselves.

selling phones through the market (sorry, the play store is just too lame a name) hasn't been all that great with the nexus 4. i wanted one, but not with the waits involved. now i can just wait and see how this motorola offering looks.

btw, i know samsung has great features, but i freaking hate touchwiz. i had (briefly) an s2. i couldn't get used to it. not that sense is any end all either. that's why i like my atrix hd. it's pretty much just stock jb, with only minor motorola "enhancements."

I think I'll be moving away from HTC too. I've had 5 HTC phones in a row and I do find the one x to be a great phone but I was annoyed with the fact that they released the one x + within a few months. The One is a really good-looking phone but it's average battery and the addition of blink feed that can't be removed has me looking else where for my next device. For me it will be the GS4 or the X phone. My contact is up in October but I've had my fill of bloatware on subsidised phones, so I'll be going sim free from now on. I'm going to wait for the x phone to be released and then decide from there but a 4000 mAh battery is looking like a winner!

Have you not got something like Carphone Warehouse or Phones 4u in your country, they sell unbranded phones on all the networks over here (saves the expense of going sim free).
