Got a question:

I know how to remove widgets... you long press on them to move them/delete them. My problem is this: I don't know how to remove regular icons on the Hero. On the Moment, everything was simply long press to remove. On this, long pressing the application icons on my home screen(s) just opens the associated programs. I kind of wanted to move them around, I don't wanna have to delete a scene everytime I want to move one icon around. >.>


In short: How do you move/delete application icons from the home screens? (long pressing doesn't work for me)

HMMM......

I think there is something wrong with your phone, as that is the way to do it! Just long press on icon!

yup, just long hold and move to the bottom of the screen.

What icons specificaly are you refering to? I can long press on an icon on any of the the home screens till it vibrates/turns green, then move it or drop it in the trash.

Here's another issue: I just messed up on the corrective typing. I tried to type 'house' and ended up typing 'housr' then accidentally mashed THAT instead of 'house' in the pop up box. How do I remove that from the dictionary??

I don't think the community has found a way to do this yet. Without clearing out the whole dictionary, anyway.. Someone correct me if i am wrong, please!

You can delete your saved words but unfortunately it'll delete them all....

Menu>Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>

Wait for it to load, click Touch Input. Clear data.

All of your saved words will be deleted.
