just install the zte update tool check my phone for updates was and update for force closing and the phone now is faster and better no more problem with problems with force closing yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

got to http://www.zteusa.com/support/index_1101.html#2 select software the the second option boost mobile warp online upgrade tool downloaded to your pc after download just fallow intruction u should be fime just make sure dont use wifi conect directly your ethernet to pc is going to tel u what to do. another thing to get to ftm mode if pressing volume down and power dont work press volume up and power to get to ftm mode this upgrade fix a lot of problem phone will be fast no more chrashing force closing just tried

Let me get this straight if i go back to bo7 with stock recovery i can use this tool to get the official bo9? Is there anything else i should do...like unroot? or just install stock recovery?

yeah i was going to revert to bo7 first, but do i need to unroot?

Reverting to b07 will unroot the phone, unless your backup is rooted previously.

I don't think you will need to unroot, however, as easy as junkies tool makes it, why not?

a few side notes, no you dont need to be unrooted for the updater tool to work as far as i know. though ive never been able to use it myself. the fact that tethering through the phone is my only internet kinda conflicts with it having to be in ftm mode the whole time
you can unroot if you like but the update tool will unroot you anyway
and as far as the comment about returning to stock b07 and it being unrooted, that is not going to be true 99% of the time because installing cwm requires root as far as im aware
though you may be able to get into bootloader mode without rooting, im not 100% on that one, i dont think you can
but if it is a downloaded one from around the forums its almost guaranteed to be rooted

Yeah the whole tethering thing is why I can't update easily I got to find a hot spot quick I'm cheap and brokelol....and of course my bo7 is rooted lol!!!

So i have a question, how do i get into FTM mode for the zte update tool to work? i unrooted my phone, i have stock recovery but when i press volume down and the power button i just go into recovery.
