Help Favorite 2.1 Apps & enhancements so far

Lock screen
Dialer screen (no more accidental mutes or speaker phones)
2.1 Apps (helix launcher)
Bluetooth connects now!
Computer USB connects every time

Do you know how to stop the new lock screen from vibrating when u touch it (that's what she said)? -- the haptic feedback. I've tried everything, and although not a big deal, was just wondering.

Maybe I am the only one but I am generally unimpressed....*ducks for lightning*

I know that 2.1 provides a lot more "potential" for apps and I am impresed so far with the radio strength and stock speed improvement. Beyond that most of the improvements are from apps and not with the OS!

I would have been impressed if multi-touch and 5 screens came as stock features. I was looking forward to those.

Even the built in Exchange support, which I was looking forward to as well, is gimped. Why Android 2.1 doesn't support calendars in Exchange is beyond me.

um, 5 screen support can be enabled in 2.1 without any third-party tricks and multitouch DOES come as a stock feature... just not for the moment, because samsung refuses to release multitouch drivers (or even tell us if the screen is capable of multitouch) and 5 screens isnt enabled by default in their 2.1 release

The hardware should be able to handle it just fine. However its the software backend that's the problem. Maybe numus and the gang will get it working.

Instead of having to trick the yahoo server or plug-in all kinds of backend info into the moment, the standard android e-mail application will sync with yahoo mail with just your address and password. (I suppose that was never a super amount of work) 1.5 would never do this.
when I try to do this I get the prompt "please provide detailed server information"
