For some unknown reason, for those of us waiting for delivery on Thursday, today is going by VERY slowly.

*cue music*
Picture, if you will, a select group of technophiles, anxiously awaiting for their newest toy to arrive. They've pre-ordered their gadgets, accessories, and read all the latest articles and forums postings, and yet their insatiable thirst cannot be quenched until IT arrives :bebored: They've just entered... the waiting zONE... :afraid:

Just remember there are two phases to charging your card. There is the immediate flagging your funds meaning they check to see if you have funds on the card at time of order, but then if your order doesn't ship right away and it goes longer than 7 days many companies lift the flag and let you have the funds back. Most companies will not charge your card for purchase until it actually ships. I think its a law or something.. Ok not to hijack only inform

Sprint has updated their message to say the following:
"Thanks for ordering the HTC One Silver with White accent. Pre-orders placed through 4/16 are expected to deliver on or around Friday, 4/19. Any orders placed on 4/17 or later will deliver in 2 to 5 business days from order date. You may continue to track status of your order on Sprint | Check Your Order Status. Since we are processing so many pre-orders so quickly, your tracking number takes a little longer to get to you than normal. Do not worry. If you ordered before 4/16, your tracking email may come as late as Friday, 4/19 when your phone is already on its way to your door. Thanks for your patience."

Just ordered mine via BEST BUY through this link, which is active once again:

Best Buy Posts T-Mobile HTC One Pre-Order For $249 | TmoNewsTmoNews

Just click on the BEST BUY link & order, whether on or off-contract,but,it's a classic plan w/a 2yr agreement.

ATM,this appears to be the only way to access BEST BUY & order the T-MOBILE branded HTC ONE.

Shipping status pending with an APRIL 24 ETA. :D

Is sprint shipping this today or tomorrow? As they changed their order status page to say you won't get a tracking number for quite some time.

They aren't saying. They are just letting us know that they may ship before some of us get a tracking number so don't freak out if you don't get one today or tomorrow. That happened to me with the LTEvo last year, my phone was delivered an hour before I got my tracking number.

my phone is sitting in Orlando now.
I should have it in my hands by noon tomorrow.
I get a lot of stuff UPS and have a great relationship with my driver. He will even leave things at my work, and I'm setup to get a txt on delivery :)

Funny.. Mine just left Orlando for West Columbia, SC... Yours must be in the same container as mine.

I really want this phone, but given the laughable launch of it and the fact we still don't have a release date here in NZ I am most likely going to bail out and get the S4, which has a confirmed release date of April 27.

I understand your frustration w/the situation,as most here,including yours truly,have experienced similar issues w/manufacturers &/or carriers alike.

There's lots to like w/either choice.

Whichever you choose, please drop back in & give us a  or  on your experience. :)

I would have to ask what either of those things have to do with the phone itself. What exactly are you finding laughable? To my knowledge every carrier has released a date

Start of April, mid April, end of April. Then Start of May, mid May. Now unsure.

And no, in NZ, neither Vodafone or Telecom the 2 major telcos have released a date.
