I've just placed my order(mk809 II) from lightake yesterday and am waiting for its arrival.Actually,I've already got two tv sticks,MK808 and UG007,both of them have some compatible problems, like MK808 kind of have lags when working with webcam and UG007 can't run my samsung hardware.I found some information about mk809 II,it is said that the device can be compatible with all external equipments, like webcam,hardware,keyboard... don't know how it really works, need to hands-on when I got that.

Hi,

I just got one of these devices, and am quite impressed! I was, however, hoping to use a 3g dongle to give it access to the internet when on holiday (no WiFi there). Has anyone managed to get a 3g dongle to connect using this device? The 'Mobile Networks' option doesn't seem to be on the Settings page, but it seems to support a USB Host and ethernet connection.

I have used a 4 port USB hub and fitted it to the host inlet.
I also purchased a Wii lan usb adaptor.
It seems that when you channel the lan through the hub it blocks all signals from both a wired and wireless keyboard so as there is no OTG inlet, it is likely that even if you can get a 3g dongle to work, it will block the mouse controls.
As soon as I plugged the lan usb adaptor into the hub, the mouse pointer disappeared off screen.
If anyone can throw any light on this problem, it would be appreciated.

Hi, hope you don't mind me jumping on this thread but my problem is kind of related? ............
I brought the k9 a few weeks ago but have only just found time to play with it and have encountered a strange problem when playing mkv files from network shares over wi-fi. Initially the streaming was ok using mxplayer, navigating the screen using a wired mouse. However, a problem arose when I replaced the mouse with a wireless version. Suddenly, playback would stutter then stop completely shortly after playback was started. At first I didn't realise the cause of the problem but after trying several changes to mxplayer without success I finally replaced the wireless mouse with the wired version and to my amazement the video played back without any problems!. Has anyone else come across this type of problem? or know of a workaround - I really want to be able to use a wireless mouse.

Hi,

Seems that your wireless mouse makes interferences. Try with USB extension cord and move usb mouse receiver from device.
