And even with Samsung's biggest customer in NA (VZW), still no mention of storage sizes. S3 had both color and size noted, out of the gate.
Not going to pre-order this device as I'm still up in the air on deciding. Guess we can just go thru the pre-order process online to see if it gives an option. Good to see ya amigo.:thumb:

No 32GB option though, so no sale for me. I will get a refund for the $50 Best Buy preorder if it turns out only a device with less than 10gb available storage is offered. BTW, that will really be 9.5gb, since Android needs 500mb free storage to operate correctly. Cartman level lame.

Added:

If less than 9.7gb is free out of box, this means about 9.2gb for the user.

Exactly. I'm not going to mess around with 16GB. I'm planning on going full retail so it's got to be exactly what I want. They can keep the little ones.

I pre-ordered via Verizon this morning. I'm not a gamer so while I am a huge advocate of 'the more storage the better', I figure if the 32GB comes available in the meantime I will simply switch out. If it doesn't, I will still have the 16GB to play with and see within 14 days if it is even the phone for me. Only way I will know for sure. Time has proven to me that one cannot rely on the opinions and experiences of another.

pre-ordered!

all my serious gaming happens on my 32gb nexus 7 with ps3 controller.

my 32gb galaxy nexus only has 2gb worth of apps and related data. 23gb worth of media, which will go right on to the 32gb sd card i held onto when retired my htc thunderbolt. the 16gb s4 (+32gb sd card) won't be an issue for me. can't wait! :)

FYI : per Verizon's twitter account the release date is now May 23 for the Galaxy S4.

Oh gee, about one month later than At&t, but unlike that carrier, just the storage challenged 16gb model. Oh yeah, no worries there, since those brilliant CSRs of Verizon told me I can install apps to the sd card! Winning!!

Thank you Verizon, may I have another?! Not.

It gets even better, since they are charging the same price as the 32gb S3 last year. Them wittle' wascals' at Vewizon' sure know how to give the customews' what they think we want! Not.

Hey, joking is all I've got :) They know they have me due to unlimited data and best coverage where I live. Extrapolating just me as an example, that is how they get away with a line up of meh for 2013. They are milking it real good.

Added: Treb, you know none of my comedic tragedy is directed your way.

Of course not amigo, I know you way better than that ;)

*leaves a plate of The Commissary ribs* :p

That reminds me, I need to find a business excuse to go to Memphis and get some of that! I guess I will not be testing S4 reception on the way there like I did with the S3. I can still hope I guess.

Added: I admire you non compulsive obsessives unlike me that can get by with 9gb. I salute you!
