Will I get the Incredible if I go in store 4/30?

Hello All,

So I am definitely getting the Droid Incredible as my new phone. One of my local Verizon stores is going to work with me about getting my annual upgrade early to get this phone. Only problem is that the girl handling it is off on 4/29 but works on 4/30. So I am meeting with her after work on 4/30 to complete this deal and get the Incredible.

What are my chances that they will still have some in stock on 4/30? I only ask because I know this is a big release, and I've never gotten a Verizon phone on the release date. Do they sell out the same day that they get in stock normally? How was the Motorola Droid release?

I just want to make sure I still get the phone a day after it is released. If they happen to be out of stock, what is the procedure for them to order me one? How long should that take? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

In Verizon's terms this is a big release but they will have plenty available across the country. This isn't an iPhone.

Dont worry, you'll be fine. These are not going to sell out due to poor marketing. Even the Moto Droid was easy to get even after a Verizons massive marketing campaign.

Yes you'll be fine. You can pick one up in two weeks with no issues.
