Root Broken Root and BB?

So...wth?

I was tryin to get Drocap2 to work for my droid, and it kept telling me that 'DroCap2 Failed To Execute' I kept uninstalling and reinstalling and same message.. I could not figure out what was happening.. So i went looking around to see if I could find what happened and tried Fixing the Permissions from ClockWork because I noticed that the rest of the Root applications were not working .ex. Barnacle Tether, SetCPU, ClockWork was unable to show me the listing of Downloadable Roms, Titanium Backup told me that my device was not Root. ??

I went to Recover the 'newer' version of Bugless Beast (the one currently available in ClockWork) from my Backups, and it would ask me that I was going to have to reboot and I press OK, and thats it.. it hangs a bit, thinking its going to load up, but instead it just stays on the menu where you have a listing of your backed up Roms.....no recover, no rebooting, nothing.

I force into recovery ( X + Power) and nandroid, select BB and it says this

SD Card Mounted...
Checking MD5 Sums...
MD5 mismatch!
CLockworkMod Recovery v1.8.1.2

(I try again)
Checking MD5 sums...
MD5 Mismatch!...

I pick my backup with no ROM just root, and it restores that one..

So not only did my Root break under BB, but I cant even restore the BB backup I had for it.

Can anyone tell me what I can do to get that one back? Or is it ClockWorkMOD Recovery that is down since I cant even access the Download Rom list even under non-custom ROM Root backup I restored.

I have gotten that error before in RomManager... exiting the app useually clears it up, although sometimes I have to fix permissions...

I cant even get back to Bugless Beast in order to tell you exactly what it says now.. after I restored my Root-Only backup I can not restore my BB Backup.. im assuming that, that back up is broken since anytime i try to restore it i get the 'Checking MD5 Sums... MD5 mismatch!' something went wrong and for some reason I can not get back to BB... and this sucks because I literally spent like 2hrs max setting up that ROM in order to back it up incase something happens... T.T..

On a brighter note.. i did Titanium Backup my data..mwuah..haha...haahaha

IF ANYONE CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT IS GOING ON ILL GIVE YOU ONE MASSIVE COOKIE! ..or motor-oil depending on who you are (optimusprime)

You should still have the super user app... if you do not then you do not have root at all and you need to re root the phone...

Oh the application was there under my Only-Root Backup, and it worked fine under that backup, no issues there. It was under BB that it would not work, o permission allowed to any root app, and i was unable at all to restore the BB backup. because 'MD5 Mismatch!..' ordeal.
