Help Songs controlling Music player voice control

I've searched around for anyone else having this issue but I haven't seen it.

When I'm playing songs through the speaker in the phone, some songs will make the stock S4 music player app skip to the next track. If it only happened every once in a while it wouldn't be a big deal but it has happened nearly every time I play music (which admittedly has only been a handful of times).

I turned off the voice control feature and it solved the issue on the songs causing this- but I kinda like the voice control while I'm driving. I've got other music player apps but so far I like the stock app better.

I guess I could report this as a bug but I have a feeling that it's just a problem inherent with the feature.

Has anyone else experienced this?

As a side note this hasn't happened while I have the phone connected to an FM transmitter in the car.

I haven't seen this issue but it's a known problem that the voice control in the music app sucks big time. I could never get it work. There are a number of threads complaining of this lackluster feature.

Heh, so that's the problem!

And an update: It's just the player. It did it today while plugged into the FM transmitter and with the voice control turned off. Maybe it's the fact that the files are .m4a? Or maybe the player is just crappy right now. Oh, well, back to my old standby player.
