Ok guys, I am not referring to the NE2 discount here, but instead the annual (1 year) upgrade discount. Has anyone here received or ever heard of anyone receiving their annual discount early? That is currently the mission that I'm on to get the Incredible on the 29th.
My annual upgrade is July 5, so I'm trying to get it about 2 months early. I currently have the LG enV Touch and I'm on my second one already. There are too many bugs and I'm tired of it.
I've been a Verizon customer on my own for over 8 years now and I've been with them a total of about 13 years since I was on my mom's account before I went on my own.
A call to level 1 reps did nothing and I didn't ask for a manager yet. A girl in one of my local Verizon stores set up an appointment with me on April 30th (since she's off on the 29th) and told me she might be able to do it.
In the meantime I sent an email to Verizon and am awaiting an answer. Do you think it can be done? Thanks!
