Try this:
There are 2 files that need to be renamed using the file explorer of your choice.
install-recovery.sh located in the /system/etc folder
recovery-from-boot.p located in the /system folder

I just add a .bak to the file name. Once this is done install CWM or TWRP again and it will be OK. Also of note it will trip the counter built into the phone every time CWM or TWRP is used. Download Triangle Away from the market to reset the counter when needed.

This is why we need Shotgun or someone. This is my 1st samsung and ive only rooted it once and it went according to plan (with a lot of hand-holding from Shotgun lol) :)

Do you mean like entering command lines btw mate?

Well, whatever the auto root does can be done manually.

I don't have the international version, so I won't speculate any further, but for the US versions its crazy easy.

just spotted this:

Installation and usage
Flash the CF-Auto-Root package as PDA in ODIN (details on how to do that are in next post), and your device should reboot into a modified recovery (signified by a large red Android logo) and it will install SuperSU for you and restore the stock recovery, and reboot back into Android.

which is whats happening but my recovery is staying stock i need cwm recovery ...
