Nop Commerce app--Error as "URL then Connection Refused" and some time "ERROR".

I am exploring NopCommerce application for personal learning. I have installed NopCommerce application in the desktop computer and trying to access the application through Mobile device. After following the instructions to get NopCommerce in Android device (NopDroid) i installed application in mobile from Google Play and Configured the DLL in admin Plug-ins page which is relevent to the version 2.65.
Problem : While trying to configure in mobile it is showing Error as "URL then Connection Refused" and some time "ERROR".

Please help me on this.

It appears you're seeing a conflict because of the app being installed in the two devices from different sources (not unusual in some circumstances). Are you sure you needed to install the app from Play Store onto your device?

If you are sure of that, then the next question would be: do you have the up to date drivers for your Android device installed on your computer?
