Moved apps to SD want redownload

Well i moved some big apps from the phone to the SD(I went on file manager>sdcard0>found the app>copy it>went on external_SD>paste them)

when i open the app it show me network system problem or Download the app.An other app went me at google play store amd started downloading again.Non of the apps are online i mean the work without wi fi conection.Finaly i believe that if i download them again they will be saves at the phone and if i moved them at the sd they will need redownload to.

NOTE:I moved with that way becouse all the other ways didn't worked.(apps2sd,and via settings)

If moving them via App2SD or the built-in settings option doesn't work, then it's not going to work. To successfully move the apps to your SD card, you need to use the proper ways, otherwise Android won't know where you put the apps and make the appropriate adjustments. Moving the files manually will just make the OS think you deleted the files and will, as you've found out, prompt for redownload and reinstallation.

The ability to move apps over has become depricated with 4.0/Ice Cream Sandwich. I'm not exactly sure why (probably due to the increasing size of built-in storage in phones today). The problem comes in when you get a phone with, say, 4gb of internal storage, BUT, 400mb is set aside for the OS and system files, 128mb for the cache, 900 for the "internal" storage, and 2gb for the emulated SD card.

That's how it's set up on my phone (Huawei).

To get around that, you need to root your phone. Then, you need a decent sized MicroSD card (I went all the way with a 32gb), and a program to set up partitions on the card. Finally you need the Link2SD app ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.buak.Link2SD&hl=en )

You can then follow the instructions here (which also tell you how to partition your SD card).

Once it's all set up, you can actually have Link2SD automatically move your apps to your extra partition.

Simple answer is that unless you really have to and want to do a lil bit of hacking, you should use the internal storage for apps and the external for media :thumbup:
