This is the new Metro branded GSM thread to discuss Metro branded GSM devices. Questions about the network should also be posted here ex - LTE rollout and combination, new markets, etc. If its about Metro BYOD please post in that thread. Can also dicuss about the main tmobile brand here also

Will be adding info about these devices in 2nd post.

BYOD and GSM use Tmo LTE (310-260) only CDMA/LTE use 311-660 from now on

**2000th post**
I know you have repeated this about a bajillion times :p

So I am curious is this a hard rule? I know for some places that have a good metro LTE market but no Tmo LTE it will be a step back, Not necessarily in terms of speed because if there is tmo hspa+ 42 that can get faster then most metro lte I have seen. But in terms of upload, and latency.

I really thought they would identify them on the sim, like tmo mvno's

Right on that was the other part of the question thanks sir :D gman at least I help you make your 2000 post lol
Either way I think we will be fine since tmobile lte should be as good as metro at least for us in Florida

They could just broadcast 310-260 from those but they do it through the APN which the metro LTE APN on CDMA/LTE phones have 311-660.

But by the end of the year HSPA & LTE should have roughly the same coverage.
