Zte boost force vs.kyocera hydro edge?

Ok.... My Next phone for Boost Mobile???I have the Kyocera hydro now.I like it,but it's a little slow and freaky sometimes. I like the fact it's water proof because im outside often.The Boost force has 1.5 dual core processor with ICS or the Kyocera Hydro Edge running new jelly bean with a 1GB Dual core processor!!Is there really a big difference with a .5GB bigger processor?As far as speed and running goes??I do use my phone for Business??How is Jelly bean compared to ICS??I would Mostly be on 3G service where I live..Help me pick?Thanks Smarty s!

I think the Galaxy Rush is under rated, especially considering 3g being your most often used pipeline.

EDIT: My take on your question:

Personally, I'm not sure how noticeable the processor speed difference would be if you don't use your phone for gaming. The Force has LTE while the Hydro Edge does not. If you are never in an area that would have LTE service, it may not be worth the $50 more for the Force. However, it could also be the case that LTE service could be rolling out in your area soon and thus it could make it worth it
