What am I hoping to see? A phone that showcases the latest and greatest, while being practical and not a piece of crap. Bearing in mind that I've had a GNex for some time now...
1. Good battery life. Scratch that, exceptional battery life. I feel like the point of a mobile phone is to be mobile. A long work day - particularly one that involves a lot of travel without opportunity to plug in - is brutally impractical on the GNex. If Moto X doesn't check this box, I'll just go to the Razr Maxx HD DoubleThrowdown Ultra++ whatever it's called.
2. Strong radio. I'll be hard pressed to go back to another Samsung (Samdung) after the GNex weakness - especially the random mute crap.
3. Good camera. I'm excited about what I hear so far.
4. Fast updates. Self explanatory.
5. All the other good stuff.
Bottom line, after having been happy with Motorola products before and then being immensely disappointed by the Samdung GNex, one way or another I'm coming back to Motorola. Question is Razr or Moto X, obviously I'd be inclined to the latter unless there are major issues.
