I am very sure the address i am giving is 100% same as it is in bank details. But i dont know if i am putting that address in a right way to the google wallet. Please help me if there could some other issue as well...
Secondly, what if i have to uninstall a purchased app, whether i would have to repurchase it everytime i uninstall or there is some other way.

If anything is hidden like password, double check it. Even if you don't wear glasses, get a magnifying glass if you can't pinch to zoom.

I misread the expiration date on a CC. Certain numbers look very close when embossed.
Got the same result as you are getting.

I've done that as well. Also check if the Card Security Code is correct as well, small three digit number on the back, by or on the signature strip, easy to miss. Sometimes just called CSC or CVV.

AFAIK no, you don't have to re-purchase it. The app should be listed in your apps on Google, even if you've uninstalled it. You should be able to re-install it at any time in the future, to another device on your account if you want.

Thanks guys. The issue is i think related to the address i am providing. Actually the address is correct, but when it's written in google wallet, at that time it troubles. That might be the reason for declining payement. I have the following address:
A F FERGUSON & CO 23-C AZIZ AVENUE GULBERG V LAHORE
Now can anybody help me how to fill out that address area in google wallet becasue it has three lines and i dont know which portion of address should be in what line there.

I don't think Google wallet functions outside the US does it?

If it does - don't you have to use your national store? It looks like the line that would go for the state and zip is the one you can't use and Google won't accept.

The other way around would be an American CC, and an American address.
Our kid does that. She's in the UK (wouldn't even try to enter her addy here)
but uses our address and she has a bank account and credit card here.

adnan645,

I did a Google search on your company, and I see a few different versions listed that might shed some light on the format that you might try:

23-C, AZIZ AVENUE, CANAL BANK, GULBERG-V, LAHORE

23-C, Aziz Avenue
Canal Bank
Gulberg V
Lahore 54000
Pakistan

23-C Aziz Avenue
Canal Bank
Gulberg V, Lahore

Slight differences between all three--I'm guessing that Google Wallet might want an exact match with how it was entered when the account was setup, but I'm not 100% sure.

Is 54000 your post code? I don't see that listed above...

edit: I've also removed your name from the above post...you probably don't want to be posting any personal information here (I think the company name and address is okay).

Also, I think I'm going to move your thread to the Android Applications area since this really seems to be an issue with Google Wallet. I'll re-bump the thread when I've done that.

Yes that is post code. The address i mentioned is exactly what that eas entered when my account was set up. Thanks for the search but these formats of address are not exactly what my debit card has.

Yeah, I mentioned the post code because I didn't see that you listed it earlier...perhaps that's the missing piece of information that GW is looking for? :dontknow:

Also, the first address I found showed "GULBERG-V" (with a dash) vs. "GULBERG V" (without a dash)...perhaps that be an issue, too.

Some pre-paid debit cards won't work online. Alternatively Google Play prepaid gift cards work well, too.

FYI, my prepaid Visa won't work for billing services overseas. If I tried to purchase something online where the receiver of my payment is not in the USA, it gives a declined notice even if the funds exist.

Is it because Google Wallet expects everyone to be in the USA? - and if you don't have a "State" and five digit "Zip Code", you're going to have problems.
