Help Recording Calls

Is there a way to record your phone calls with the N2 or would you have to download an app for it.

I've never done it before but recently I've been getting calls from this credit place trying to collect money. Apparenly whoever took out a loan gave them my phone number. I don't know the person and they've threatened to keep calling until they find this imaginary person. I've gone down there and it seems that he didn't actually have any of my personal info he just made up a random number and it happened to be mine. Lucky me. I can't win the lotto or even get money from scratch offs but for this I get picked lol. I believe everything is settled. Their not suppose to call anymore but the first person I talked to was so rude I just wanted to be able to record the calls if they give me further problems.

Are you using Google Voice? If you use it you can record an incoming call ( not sure about outgoing call...). Please refer to this site: https://support.google.com/voice/answer/115082?hl=en

I didn't even think about it possibility being illegal to do. I'll definitely check first. I just wanted some kind of proof if they started giving me problems. At least I can still show on my history how many times they call. Hopefully it won't even come to that though.

Yeah, sometimes those pesky little details get in the way of a good plan.

If you acknowledge to the caller that the call is being recorded, then you are good, don't know how much that will change their attitude during the call though
