How to remove themes

First off I rooted my Hero about a month ago and I play with it just about everyday so thanks to this board for that as I got the knowledge from here and XDA...but I got a question

Yea like me, I would like to know since I have put a theme on. Just wanna know how to take it off incase I ever want to go back to the standard theme
